How to Use

This chemical is ideal for use in the Internal Sterilization Station of your Jar Washing Machine.

1. Dosing: Add the concentrate to the internal wash tank.

2. Dilution: For regular cleaning, mix 10ml to 50ml of Deep Clean per 100 Liters of water (depending on required concentration).

3. Application: The machine will spray the solution through high-pressure nozzles directly into the inverted (ulta) jar.

4. Action Time: The spray should last for at least 15–30 seconds for complete disinfection.

5. Final Step: Allow the jar to drain completely. If using a higher concentration, a quick final rinse with RO water is recommended.
