phooster ALKALINE High-Performance pH Corrector for Raw Water.
Protect your industrial infrastructure and optimize your water treatment process with phooster ALKALINE. This heavy-duty, high-concentration alkaline formulation is specifically engineered for rapid pH neutralization in raw water and industrial process systems. By combining high-purity Sodium Hydroxide (NaOH) with DM water, this solution remains stable and free from impurities that could clog your equipment.
Why Choose phooster ALKALINE ?
-
Instant Neutralization: Corrects acidic water and industrial effluent immediately upon contact.
-
Anti-Corrosion Shield: Prevents acidic raw water from “eating away” at high-pressure pumps, SS pipes, boilers, and metal fittings.
-
Optimized Filtration: Ensures pre-treatment filters and coagulants work at peak efficiency by maintaining a neutral pH range (7.0 to 7.5).
-
Equipment Safety: Formulated with a 100% ultra-pure base to prevent clogging in dosing pumps and sensors—unlike poor-quality lime or powder boosters.
-
Stable Performance: Provides a predictable foundation for all downstream processes and membrane performance.
Key Applications
-
Industrial RO Systems: Ideal for raw water pre-treatment.
-
Utility Management: Essential for boiler feed water and cooling tower alkalinity control.
-
Manufacturing: Trusted in textile, paper, and chemical manufacturing process water.
-
Borewell Treatment: Highly efficient at neutralizing carbonic acid in borewell water.

How to Use & Dosage
-
Dosing Point: Inject directly into the Raw Water Feed Line (before the RO pump) or the Raw Water Storage Tank.
-
Dosing Ratio: 20ml to 50ml per 1,000L of water (depending on target pH).
-
Equipment: Use a chemical-resistant (PP/PVC) dosing pump.
-
Monitoring: Use a pH meter to reach your target (usually 7.0 to 7.5 for pre-treatment).
Important Safety & Risks
-
Highly Caustic: This product is “basic” and can cause severe skin burns and serious eye damage. Use PPE (gloves and goggles) at all times.
-
Scaling Risk: Avoid raising pH above 8.5 before the RO membrane, as minerals like Calcium may precipitate and choke membranes.
-
Pro-Tip: If dosing before the RO membrane, ensure your Antiscalant dosing is running perfectly to handle the increased “Scaling Potential”.
