Strong RO Antiscalant: High Silica Inhibition is a specialized, heavy-duty pretreatment chemical engineered to prevent “glass-like” silica scaling on Reverse Osmosis (RO) membranes. Designed for challenging water conditions, it allows systems to operate reliably even when feed water contains high concentrations of dissolved silica. It is the ultimate insurance policy for your membranes in high-TDS or volcanic soil environments.

Instructions for Use

1. Handling

• Wear protective gloves and eye protection.
• Avoid direct contact with skin and eyes.
• Wash hands thoroughly after handling.

2. Safety

• Use in a well-ventilated area.
• In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice.
• If swallowed, do not induce vomiting; seek medical attention immediately.

3. Storage

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Keep container tightly closed when not in use.
• Store away from incompatible materials such as strong acids and oxidizers.

4. Doses (2-5 ppm)

• The recommended dose of BlueWello Strong RO Antiscalnt is 2-5 ppm (please refer the table).
• Adjust dosing based on water quality and system requirements suggested in adjacent dosage table.

5. Solution Preparation

• Dilute the required amount of BlueWello Strong in clean RO Permeate/Product water before adding to the system.
• Mix thoroughly to ensure a uniform solution.

6. Instream Feeding

• Add the prepared solution directly to the feedwater stream.
• Ensure consistent dosing using a metering pump for optimal performance.
